Pawscorp.com's Return and Exchange Policy
Excellent customer service is our number one priority!
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your selection please return any unused merchandise (in its original packaging), within 30 days of receipt, and we will refund the purchase price or exchange the merchandise, whichever you prefer.
Prior to delivery an order confirmation is sent via email to every customer.
Not replying to the order confirmation within 24 hours will be considered confirmation.
Once the order is confirmed pawscorp.com will process as acknowledged and is not responsible in the event the customer failed to make changes prior to delivery. Used products are subject to the manufacturer's return policies.
We will only accept returns of new and unused beds and sofas within 15 days of the date on which you received your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The return will be subject to a 15% restocking charge and the customer will be responsible for the freight to return it.
Additionally, some products manufactured by Canine Covers are made-to-order and are therefore NON-RETURNABLE. Furthermore, Canine Covers custom orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.
Warranty and defective returns are subject to inspection. If the return is the result of our error we will pay the original and return shipping. Normally original and return shipping fees are non-refundable, except for damaged or defective merchandise. Pawscorp.com reserves the right to decline any return, exchange or replacement if the product is not in "like-new" condition. A return received between 30 and 45 days qualifies for merchandise credit or exchange only. A return received after 45 days will be returned to you. Delivery refusal for any reason other than damage, defect or shipment error may result in a 25% service fee.
If your product was damaged during shipment please call our offices at 1-866-929-PAWS so that we can refund your return shipment charges. Please be prepared to provide the order number and product number from your confirmation email as well as your email address and phone number. You must call a pawscorp.com customer care representative in order to receive free return shipping.
Pawscorp.com will make every reasonable effort to assist you with your return or exchange.
Charities will not receive donations from returned items and customers may not write-off donations from purchases that have been returned.
When products are returned a new receipt with the new purchase price and donation amount will be emailed to the customer. Pawscorp.com requests customers with problems please call our customer service team and not the charity themselves.
